We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team as Centre Night Manager. This interim role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of women and girls in Leeds. With your management skills and passion for delivering high-quality support, you will be instrumental in driving our services forward.

The salary for this role is £37,075 - £36,523 (dependent on experience), and you will also benefit from a comprehensive package of employee perks, including 25 days annual leave increasing by one day per year to a max of 30 days, plus bank holidays, flexible working, 5% pension scheme (rising with length of service), access to employer assistance programme, and the chance to work in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include leading the operational management of TW services in Leeds, developing and managing a service plan, monitoring delegated budget responsibility, and line managing direct reports. You will also sit on steering groups and attend multi-agency panels to discuss the needs and challenges facing TW customer group, develop robust sector-wide responses, inform, and improve internal services.
