BWP is looking for an exceptional Office Manager to join our team in Marlow. As an Office Manager at BWP, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including managing meetings, events, and day-to-day tasks. You will also work closely with our PA to the CEO to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized office space, adhering to cleaning schedules and assisting with tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering, and tidying up after events.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, data entry, and other duties as required.
  • Work closely with our PA to the CEO to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with basic knowledge of IT systems.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
