About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at New Prospects. As the face and voice of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR records, and providing exceptional customer service to our staff and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding new staff members
  • Support new and existing staff through the DBS application process
  • Complete document checks for UK-born and overseas applicants in line with Home Office guidance
  • Assist our CEO with creative administrative tasks, producing reports, job adverts, and promotional materials
  • Play a key role in our administrative team, covering phones, taking accurate minutes, and assisting colleagues as needed
About You:
  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including English Language at Grade C or above
  • Ability to take accurate meeting notes and write in a businesslike manner
  • Eye for detail, ability to prioritize workload, and good time management skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally in a professional and friendly manner
  • Good working knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
