We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Expert to join our Human Resources team in Dublin, Ireland. As our new in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and creating a superb candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment process from initial advertising to final interview and selection.
- Work with hiring managers to source and attract top talent, using a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn and CV databases.
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business and its culture, ensuring a consistent and compelling employer brand.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is aligned with business objectives.
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
