Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as Clinical Deputy Manager at Field Lodge Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and deputizing for the Home Manager
  • Providing leadership to nursing and care colleagues
  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care
  • Care plan development and assessments
  • Walk rounds
  • Leading a team of nurses and care staff

About You:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
  • Well-versed in care planning processes
  • Fully familiar with clinical assessment tools
  • Keen to develop leadership skills and clinical knowledge
  • Capable of building close relationships with residents and their families
