Clinical Deputy Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as Clinical Deputy Manager at Field Lodge Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and deputizing for the Home Manager
- Providing leadership to nursing and care colleagues
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care
- Care plan development and assessments
- Walk rounds
- Leading a team of nurses and care staff
About You:
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
- Well-versed in care planning processes
- Fully familiar with clinical assessment tools
- Keen to develop leadership skills and clinical knowledge
- Capable of building close relationships with residents and their families
