Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Events Operations Manager to join our team at 8 Bishopsgate. As an Events Operations Manager, you will be responsible for creating amazing experiences for clients, managing teams, and ensuring smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional staff briefings
- Ensure smooth service delivery
- Manage a team of 10 staff members
- Liaise with Sales and Culinary teams
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in event catering, luxury hotels, or C&B venues
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for great food, drink, and service
