Job Title: Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Cyber Search Ltd. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our Mid-Market clients in the EU.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver client-focused solutions
* Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

* Written and verbal fluency in English and Italian
* At least 2+ years experience in an Account Management or Customer Success Manager role
* Prior B2B experience in a software, logistics or SaaS company preferred
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
* Experience in generating revenue by expanding on an existing book-of-business
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and present data and trends to stakeholders and clients
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
