The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and leading our English department to achieve exceptional results. They will be expected to provide outstanding, passionate, and highly motivated teaching, as well as high-quality data analysis and action planning.

We offer a competitive salary of £51,408 per annum, which reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent. As part of our school improvement journey, we have clear plans to ensure that outcomes continue to improve, and we are pleased that GCSE outcomes in recent years far exceeded those of similar schools.
