We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive primary school community in Basildon, Essex.
About the PositionThis is a full-time role, working 5 days a week, with a contract until July 2025. The right candidate will be offered a permanent position from September 2025.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher and staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
- Contribute to a nurturing environment that promotes academic and social growth among students.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a commitment to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
