About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our leading Mental Health Nursing team at The Placement Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to excel within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, representing a well-established and highly reputable healthcare staffing agency.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a truly outstanding medical recruitment service to our clients and candidates, leveraging your expertise in healthcare recruitment and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and recruit top talent for our nursing divisions
  • Utilize your knowledge of healthcare recruitment methodologies to drive results
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to achieve business objectives
What We Offer

We provide an excellent package and remuneration scheme, including a competitive commission structure, permanent contract, and full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm).
