Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our leading healthcare recruitment team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Professional and driven attitude
