Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Employer Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with local employers and agencies to identify and secure job opportunities for our customers.
- Sourcing and Matching: Utilize automated search tools, regional data, and local knowledge to source job opportunities and match 'job ready' customers to live vacancies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Regional Account Managers, Employment Advisors, and Resource Specialists, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of recruitment activities.
- Market Insight and Analysis: Source and share market insight and feedback from employer partners and agencies to support the development of effective recruitment strategies.
- Customer Support: Provide personalized job search support to customers, including performing job searches based on their skills, experience, and aspirations.
- Recruitment Activity Coordination: Coordinate recruitment activities, including logistics, CV submission, and interview scheduling, to ensure a smooth transition into work for our customers.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Maximus policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within our CRM and other systems.
- Commercial Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in commercial recruitment or sales, including cold calling and telesales.
- Target Achievement: A track record of achieving sales-related targets in a high-performance culture.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
