About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Ecommerce leader to join our team at Pretty Little Thing. As the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for leading our 20-strong team and driving the strategic direction of our ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of ecommerce assistants, copywriters, and visual merchandisers to create a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Define the onsite search and merchandising strategy, working closely with the Visual Merchandising Team and our Search and Merchandising platform provider.
  • Oversee and feed into onsite personalisation strategy, a key focus for PLT.
  • Accountable for developing and implementing A/B testing for merchandising and recommendations across multiple territories.
  • Ensure products, product visibility, and navigation are fully optimised.
  • Feed into the UX testing roadmap to ensure a continued focus on customer journey improvement.
  • Feed into product hierarchy to ensure accurate attribution to drive product findability.
  • Define reporting and analysis to demonstrate value and feed into wider business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and key external partners.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Studio, Buying, and Merchandising teams to optimise key trends, promotions, and categories.
  • Ensure weekly new in targets are met.
  • Ensure the accurate delivery of campaign launches and promotions.
  • Provide requirements to the tech team to develop our tools and systems.
About You

We are looking for a strong leader and people manager with significant experience in leading ecommerce teams and strategy. You will be an innovative, strategic thinker with a flexible, can-do attitude and a highly organised approach.
