About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Ecommerce leader to join our team at Pretty Little Thing, a leading fashion brand within the boohoo group. As the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for leading our 20-strong Ecommerce team, driving strategy, output, and processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our global storefronts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Ecommerce assistants, copywriters, and visual merchandisers to create a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Define and implement onsite search and merchandising strategies, working closely with the Visual Merchandising Team and our Search and Merchandising platform provider.
  • Oversee and contribute to onsite personalisation strategies, a key focus area for PLT.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing for merchandising and recommendations across multiple territories.
  • Ensure products, product visibility, and navigation are fully optimised.
  • Contribute to UX testing roadmaps to ensure a continued focus on customer journey improvement.
  • Feed into product hierarchy to ensure accurate attribution and drive product findability.
  • Define reporting and analysis to demonstrate value and inform wider business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Studio, Buying, and Merchandising teams to optimise key trends, promotions, and categories.
  • Ensure weekly new in targets are met.
  • Deliver accurate campaign launches and promotions.
  • Provide requirements to the tech team to develop our tools and systems.
About You

We are looking for a strong leader with significant experience in leading Ecommerce teams and strategy. You should possess a strong people management style, an innovative and strategic mindset, and a flexible, can-do attitude. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail, a team player, and self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
