Head of Ecommerce

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Ecommerce leader to join our team at Pretty Little Thing. As the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for leading our 20-strong team and driving the strategic direction of our ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of ecommerce assistants, copywriters, and visual merchandisers to create a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Define the onsite search and merchandising strategy, working closely with the Visual Merchandising Team and our Search and Merchandising platform provider.
- Oversee and feed into onsite personalisation strategy, a key focus for PLT.
- Accountable for developing and implementing A/B testing for merchandising and recommendations across multiple territories.
- Ensure products, product visibility, and navigation are fully optimised.
- Feed into the UX testing roadmap to ensure a continued focus on customer journey improvement.
- Feed into product hierarchy to ensure accurate attribution to drive product findability.
- Define reporting and analysis to demonstrate value and feed into wider business decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and key external partners.
- Work closely with Marketing, Studio, Buying, and Merchandising teams to optimise key trends, promotions, and categories.
- Ensure weekly new in targets are met.
- Ensure the accurate delivery of campaign launches and promotions.
- Provide requirements to the tech team to develop our tools and systems.
