Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive EMEA Team Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Controllers team and help maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing MD-level support
  • Updating internal systems
  • Booking events and meetings
  • Managing diaries and calendars
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in financial services, with 2 years as a PA or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
