Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the operation of CMU Mental Health and Substance Use Services at Rocky Mountain Lodge in Cranbrook, B.C.
This position works Monday to Friday, Days from 08:00 - 16:00 and is anticipated to be a long-term opportunity.
The successful candidate will provide reception and administrative support to HCIS/MHSU/PCCT programs in accordance with Interior Health policies and procedures.
This includes performing duties such as data entry, client scheduling, preparing routine correspondence and reports, responding to inquiries, and collecting fees.
The position also provides health unit aide support to HCIS/MHSU/PCCT programs by maintaining inventories of medical/surgical supplies, cleaning medical equipment and instruments, and delivering supplies and biologicals to health units as requested.
To be successful in this role, you will have a Medical Office Assistant Certificate, a current valid BC Driver's License, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
