Telecommunication Specialist

Interior Health Authority is seeking a Casual Telecommunication Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role involves flexible scheduling, including shifts during the day, night, and evening.

The Telecommunication Specialist will undertake a variety of administrative tasks, which include:

• Managing the switchboard operations
• Welcoming and registering patients
• Handling accounts receivable processes

Qualifications:

• Completion of Grade 12
• A current Typing Test with a minimum of 45 nwpm
• Proof of Medical Terminology knowledge
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Willingness to be available for on-call duties

This casual position requires adaptability for short-notice availability, covering workloads during temporary absences, and providing relief in designated roles.
