Administrative Services Assistant Opportunity

Cranbrook Urgent Primary Care is seeking a skilled Administrative Services Assistant to join their team. This is a casual opportunity with rotating days and evenings, from 08:30 to 20:00, and 08:30 to 16:57.


This role is ideal for an experienced Administrative Assistant looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Administrative Services Assistant, you will perform a variety of tasks, including data entry, preparing presentations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining medical supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Data entry, including gathering, organizing, and verifying information
  • Preparing presentations, arranging meetings, and transcribing minutes
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments
  • Maintaining and cleaning medical supplies, equipment, and HCIS resource material

Requirements
  • A current Typing Test 40 wpm or greater completed within the past 24 months from a recognized institution
  • An Office Administration Certificate
  • A current valid BC Driver's License
  • Your Resume
  • A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position
