We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of The Project PT, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. This pivotal role will involve directly supporting the owners in achieving strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations in our gyms, holiday camps and social impact to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively.
- Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of managers and coaches, fostering a work culture that incorporates kindness, inclusivity, community and impact.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the owners to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's mission and goals.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance, providing regular reports to the owners.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and operational efficiencies, implementing best practices across all areas of the business.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
- Project Management: Lead and manage special projects, initiatives, and events that support the company's growth and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an operational management role, preferably in the fitness, health or wellness industries.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- PASSION FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS: A genuine interest in health, fitness, and well-being, aligning with The Project PT's mission and core values.
- FLEXIBILITY: This role can require shift work and studio cover, and getting stuck in where required.
Benefits
- Competitive salary between £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
- 20% Bonus, based on EBITDA.
