We are seeking experienced SEMH Teaching Assistants to work with us on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible.

SEMH Teaching Assistant Role:
- Encourage inclusion and acceptance among students
- Provide consistent support while responding to individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers in lesson planning, evaluation, and adjustments
- Deliver targeted catch-up sessions
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Recent experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Able to work under the guidance of a teacher
