We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our team at SIG Roofing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with key accounts, and driving sales growth within our branch.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver new business sales and existing account development to drive profitability within the branch
- Regularly engage with our external sales force and warehouse to input orders and maintain sales records via our Salesforce system
- Forge strong working relationships with all key accounts and manage their expectations around product availability and delivery schedules
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver good quality customer service
- Experience within a telesales environment
- IT literate
- Knowledge of construction products (desirable)
- Knowledge of warehousing and yard processes
