About the Role

We're seeking a skilled User Researcher to join our team at Monzo, a leading digital bank that's revolutionizing the way people manage their finances. As a User Researcher, you'll play a critical role in helping us design and develop products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct qualitative research studies to gain a deeper understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to inform product development and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure that research findings are integrated into product development.
  • Communicate research findings through presentations, reports, and workshops to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and apply this knowledge to improve our research methods and processes.
What We're Looking For
  • Hands-on experience with exploratory and evaluative quantitative research methods, including user testing, surveys, and usability studies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex research findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with user research tools and methodologies, including user testing, surveys, and usability studies.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them to product development.
