Group Insurance Programme Lead

Vitality Corporate Services Limited is seeking an experienced Corporate Insurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Group Insurance for the organisation, ensuring the right levels of cover are in place to protect the organisation.
Main Responsibilities- Risk management: Identify and evaluate potential risks to the company's assets, operations, and personnel, and develop strategies to mitigate or transfer these risks through insurance or other means.
- Insurance policy management: Select and manage the most appropriate insurance policies for Vitality's needs, by conducting research, comparing insurance options from various providers, and negotiating key policy terms and conditions.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure that Vitality's corporate insurance program meets all legal and disclosure requirements, through knowledge of insurance laws and regulations, as well as coordination with the legal department for further support.
- Claims handling: Handle and process corporate insurance claims, ensuring oversight of the submission process, liaising with insurance providers/brokers during claim investigations, settling claims in a timely and fair manner, and analysis of claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prior experience in Commercial related roles, with a keen eye to learn and grow in this field.
- Possess knowledge and experience in corporate insurance management implementation primarily in General Insurance corporate coverage.
- Be able to communicate, influence, and network with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- A competitive salary of £65,000 per annum.
