We are seeking a Strategic Infrastructure Lead to join our team at HAMILTON BARNES ASSOCIATES LIMITED. As a key member of our infrastructure solutions team, you will play a vital role in driving groundbreaking fiber optic initiatives, promoting innovation and connectivity across various states.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. This includes coordinating site acquisition, regulatory requirements, construction, and permitting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and budgets, making modifications as needed to ensure successful project execution.
  • Direct the close-out of completed jobs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
  • Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within company policy and contract specifications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its practices
  • Strong communication skills across all departments in the organization
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Benefits:
