Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our CAMHS Inpatient Unit team at the North London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering individual and group interventions to young people with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and formulate treatment plans for young people with complex mental health needs
- Deliver individual and group interventions, including cognitive-behavioral and emotional regulation approaches
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Engage with young people and their families to promote engagement and adherence to treatment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Doctoral level qualification in Clinical Psychology
- Professional Registration with HCPC to qualify as a Clinical Psychologist in the UK
- Experience of working with children and young people with complex mental health needs
- Experience of delivering psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioral and emotional regulation approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
