We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our client's team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process with an outsourced vendor, leading a team of 5 and being the primary contact for all payroll enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of payroll software and be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in UK Payroll Processing is required, along with multiple payroll processing experience and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the payroll process with an outsourced vendor
  • Lead a team of 5 payroll professionals
  • Main contact for all payroll enquiries
  • Prepare and manage payroll reports
  • Process statutory payments and pensions
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in UK Payroll Processing
  • Multiple payroll processing experience
  • Team management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
