Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our client's team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process with an outsourced vendor, leading a team of 5 and being the primary contact for all payroll enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of payroll software and be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in UK Payroll Processing is required, along with multiple payroll processing experience and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the payroll process with an outsourced vendor
- Lead a team of 5 payroll professionals
- Main contact for all payroll enquiries
- Prepare and manage payroll reports
- Process statutory payments and pensions
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in UK Payroll Processing
- Multiple payroll processing experience
- Team management experience
- Strong working knowledge of payroll software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
