About the Role

IDEX Consulting is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cheltenham or Bath. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a highly respected financial advisory group, providing administrative support to Financial Advisors and ensuring seamless client experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling client meetings, and collaborating closely with our Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance. You will also communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients, assemble meeting materials, raise invoices, and manage databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule client meetings

  • Raise invoices where required
  • Database management
