Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our busy Operations Team at our Hemel Service Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily running of the Service Centre, ensuring that we meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of all operational activities, including point-of-use water machines and bottled water machines to our customers.
  • Manage a team of people, including water delivery drivers, technicians, and stock and inventory controllers.
  • Ensure that SLAs are met on a daily basis, including water deliveries, installations, services, and repairs are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with our Fleet team to ensure that all vehicles are compliant.
  • Collaborate with our Technical Training Managers to ensure that our technicians receive the necessary training.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels within the Service Centre.
  • Ensure that our team is using our ERP system correctly.
  • Meet the Service Centre's objectives in relation to Health & Safety, Productivity, Compliance, and People Development.
  • Support the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Decisive and effective decision-making, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Demonstrate high levels of resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
  • Proven record of managing a fast-paced operation.
  • Full driving license.
  • Able to complete daily reporting.
