Job Title: Operations Manager

Culligan UK Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Hemel. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for the daily running of our Service Centre, ensuring that we deliver an effective service to our customers in the Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient delivery of all operational activities, including water machine installations and bottled water deliveries to our customers.
  • Manage a team of Water Delivery Drivers, Technicians, and Stock and Inventory Controllers.
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met on a daily basis, including timely water deliveries, installations, services, and repairs.
  • Work closely with our Fleet team to ensure that all vehicles are compliant.
  • Collaborate with our Technical Training Managers to ensure that our Technicians receive the necessary training.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels within the Service Centre.
  • Ensure that our team is utilizing our ERP system effectively.
  • Meet the Service Centre's objectives in relation to Health & Safety, Productivity, Compliance, and People Development.
  • Support the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Decisive and effective decision-making, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Demonstrate high levels of resilience, self-motivation, and flexibility.
  • Proven record of managing a fast-paced operation.
  • Full driving license.
  • Able to complete daily reporting.
