Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations with patients presenting with mental health issues and record these on the practice system.
  • Provide ongoing support to patients, including help navigating mental health services and reviewing as necessary.
  • Comply with organizational policies, including safeguarding, confidentiality, lone working, and health and safety protocols.
