Motor Claims Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Litigation Administrative Assistant at GerrardWhite.
Job Description:This role involves providing administrative support to the litigation team, assisting with claims and credit hire cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with team diaries and chasing clients/third-party insurers/panel solicitors for updates where necessary
- Being a point of contact for panel solicitors for ad-hoc enquiries i.e. sending over any missing documents or desired inter-party correspondence
- Control and update the litigation team central diary of claims listed for trial
- Assisting the litigation team with any ad-hoc tasks
- Making outbound calls/sending emails to the client's personal injury solicitors to obtain correct contact information and updates on the progress of the clients claim
- Assisting the Finance Team on an ad-hoc basis with allocation of payments into the litigation team and liaising with accounts where necessary
- Assisting the Litigation Team on an ad-hoc basis with any introduction/on-boarding calls to clients
- Customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent organisational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook
- The ability to build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Have a positive, 'can-do' attitude
This role offers a competitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
