Customer Support and Resolution Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated Claims Handler to join our team at Vermelo RPO. As a key member of our insurance and claims department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, and negotiating claim settlements.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Connect with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored support throughout the claims process.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring a seamless claims experience by liaising with third-party insurers and other departments.
- Settlement Negotiation: Confidently negotiate claim settlements with insurers, maximising client satisfaction and retention.
- Casework Coordination: Handle a personal caseload, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and empathy in all interactions.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic IT operations.
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus performance-based commission (up to £500 per month). Our company also provides comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive work environment that promotes work-life balance.
