Job Description:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their insurance needs.
  • Ensure a smooth claims process by managing client accounts and liaising with third-party insurers.
  • Negotiate claim settlements and maximise client satisfaction.
  • Deliver empathetic, high-level customer service, particularly post-accident and during replacement vehicle arrangements.

  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent service and empathy in all client interactions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong prioritisation, organisational, and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and promoting services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT operations.
