Claims Service Manager

Vermelo RPO is seeking an experienced Claims Service Manager to join our team In this role, you will play a key part in managing our claims services, working closely with clients, third-party insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and fairly.
About the Role:
The Claims Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the resolution of insurance claims, ensuring that they are handled promptly and professionally. You will also be involved in developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our claims services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve claims efficiency and effectiveness
* Oversee the resolution of insurance claims, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally
* Manage client accounts, ensuring a smooth claims process through liaison with third-party insurers, repairers, and other departments
* Negotiate claim settlements with insurers, maximizing client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail
* Skilled in promoting services, with enthusiasm for customer service
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiar with basic IT operations
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
