Job Description

As a Senior Retail Media Manager at Jellyfish, you will play a key role in driving media performance and account growth. Your responsibilities will include activation and optimization, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve retail media campaigns, including Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks.
  • Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
  • Independently complete BAU tasks, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting.
  • Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting.
  • Knowledge of sponsored ad and display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console.
  • Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI or Pacvue.
  • Experience managing complex retail media budgets.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience.
