Job Title: Retail Media Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Media Senior Manager to join our team at Jellyfish. As a key member of our retail media team, you will be responsible for driving media performance and account growth across complex retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks.
  • Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
  • Independently complete BAU tasks, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting.
  • Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
  • Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting.
  • Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console.
  • Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI or Pacvue.
  • Experience managing complex retail media budgets.
  • Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) /Google Sheets experience.
