Therapeutic Learning Assistant

Academics Ltd, a specialist SEN School, is seeking a highly motivated and open-minded Graduate to join their team as a School Mental Health Assistant.
You will work closely with experienced Psychologists and Therapists to provide general assistance to the class teacher and help each child to overcome their mental health challenges.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, and to develop your skills in therapeutic practice and restorative approaches.
Key Requirements:- Graduate degree in Psychology or Criminology
- Previous experience working with children would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A minimum salary of £80-£90 per day is expected for this role. As a Mental Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the students' wellbeing and academic success.
