Job Title: Housing Operations Coordinator

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Housing Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our housing operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating site visits, conducting home demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake site visits to ensure new properties meet required standards
  • Conduct home demonstrations for new customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our properties
  • Visit customers with issues or queries, resolving problems and escalating concerns to relevant teams when necessary
  • Review performance areas and conduct site visits to ensure customers receive the right level of service
  • Manage your own diary, balancing site visits with administrative tasks
  • Ensure a smooth handover for customers from LGAF to Management Providers
  • Work closely with other teams to address key customer focus areas
Requirements:
  • A background in housing and/or property management
  • Previous experience working in customer service, ideally in housing
  • A strong interest in customer experience and what matters to customers
  • First-hand experience of customer interaction and the ability to proactively manage workload
