Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Customer Experience Manager to join a well-established fire protection services provider.
Salary: £24,600 per annum (estimated)
Job Description:
The Customer Experience Manager will oversee the customer journey from initial contact to project completion, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices, with previous experience in a similar role. Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and holding a minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
