Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Facilitation: Lead 'As Is' and 'To Be' Process workshops to identify and mitigate risks during implementation.
  • Training and Development: Develop comprehensive training plans for newly approved processes, ensuring readiness before go-live.
  • Post-Training Support: Provide support and conduct follow-up sessions to ensure successful process implementation.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work with the CW and BI team to ensure seamless integration of process and system changes.
  • Risk Mitigation: Take ownership of assigned risk mitigation actions and issues, driving them to closure.
  • Project Management: Leverage proven project management experience to drive process improvements.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Connectwise, particularly in PMO and Service Desk functionality.
  • Risk Management: Showcase strong ability to manage and mitigate risks related to Connectwise configuration and data management.
  • Team Integration: Prior experience in team/business integration is essential.
  • Service Desk Management: Proven experience in Service Desk Management is required.
