Innovation Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Process Facilitation: Lead 'As Is' and 'To Be' Process workshops to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Training and Development: Design comprehensive training plans for new processes, guaranteeing readiness before go-live and providing post-training support.
- Risk Management: Take ownership of assigned risk mitigation actions and issues, driving them to closure and ensuring the success of our processes.
- Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with the CW and BI team to ensure seamless integration of process and system changes.
- Project Management Expertise: Leverage your proven project management experience to drive our process implementation forward.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Connectwise, particularly in PMO and Service Desk functionality, and showcase your ability to manage and mitigate risks related to Connectwise configuration and data management.
- Team Integration: Bring your experience in team/business integration to the table, ensuring a cohesive and effective team environment.
- Service Desk Management: Showcase your expertise in Service Desk Management, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support.
