About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the highest standards of childcare and education.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the nursery is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
