Senior Nursery Room Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to meet the needs of individual children.
- Ensure the nursery environment is safe, healthy, and stimulating for children.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve the quality of care and education.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or equivalent role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
