Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store environment.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics by being an ambassador for our brands and supporting local marketing efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to contribute to store KPIs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated retail sales success and a passion for our brands.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
