Position Overview

As a Retail Team Leader at Mind Retail, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Shop Manager to enhance profitability and generate funds through the sale of pre-owned goods, while ensuring exceptional shop standards and superior customer service. The funds raised are essential for supporting Mind's critical mental health services, aiding the 1 in 4 individuals who face mental health challenges in their lifetime.

In the absence of the Shop Manager, you will assume full accountability for the shop's performance and lead a dedicated team of volunteers. Your leadership will drive positive transformations and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and volunteers alike.
