About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in the London region, working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, consultants, and nurses to ensure the success of our medical devices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and train theatre staff in the use of our orthopaedic implants
  • Assist in cases and audits within the NHS and private hospitals
  • Work closely with 3 Sales Reps in the London area to ensure business retention and growth
  • Manage your own workload within hospitals and ensure seamless communication with the sales team

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £40k-£45k
  • £10k bonus scheme
  • Car allowance and all other benefits

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a clinician (e.g. ODP, Scrub Nurse, Theatre Nurse, ODA)
  • Strong passion for orthopaedics and a drive to succeed
  • Experience with hip and knee implants, with possible consideration for shoulder implants
  • Strong people skills and communication/presentation skills
