We're seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team in York to support with scheduling, tracking, and reporting on skills training and compliance using our learning management system. This role will involve developing and maintaining local training plans while working in collaboration with our Learning & Development Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining training communication plans and distributing training announcements
* Complying training information for accurate tracking and reporting
* Coordinating scheduling, implementation, and logistical activities for training and administrative tasks
* Collaborating with Shift Managers and Team Leaders to determine training needs and delivery
* Maintaining the matrix to ensure site is ready for audit
* Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions
* Hosting training sessions

Requirements:

* Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain and establish strong partnerships with stakeholders and other colleagues
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to deliver objectives
