The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Haringey. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer-centric programs.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and customer service abilities.
The Job:

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be expected to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store standards.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and team management in a retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
