Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Ensure seamless store operations, including stock management, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
